Product: JHE Dual Pull-Cord Wall Fan

This is to inform you that manufacturing defects were found on the components of affected production batches of JHE brand wall mounted fan (Model: FW40-A4 (JH), Serial Numbers: 0810Q10401 – 0810Q11400) after testing. The components of the wall mounted fans may become faulty after prolonged use, thus posing potential electrical shock hazard.
To date, there have been no reports of injuries or property damage related to this issue. Other batches of JHE wall fans and products are not affected by this recall.
To ensure product safety, we have decided to recall the affected products and offer a full refund or replacement. Details are as follows:

Customers who have purchased a wall mounted fan with the above serial numbers should immediately stop using it. Please contact our company as soon as possible or you may visit the address below to arrange a refund or replacement. A valid and legible original invoice must be presented for refund processing.
